Thank you for your feedback! To help you resolve the issue, I recommend checking the Power Management setting of the USB receiver to determine if the device is set to wake your Windows 10 computer. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I tried to update the drivers, but I see nothing to update. Any help would be appreciated.

I have automatic windows update, but I don't think it automatically updates the optional updates, and I checked my updates and don't see the update in question. When you go to windows update are you choosing custom?
If not, select it instead of express. Once it's finished scanning your system, look in the left pane. There should be a link for hardware updates.
I would recommend not installing any video update if available. Just install the mouse driver or whatever it is. For whatever reason, I've seen plenty of problems in the past that were caused by MS hardware updates. You're better off to get video, sound, etc. Zander ,. Thanks for the info and advice. Yes, I selected the custom install and still did not see the download in question, but your suggestion to see if there is an update to mouse driver might be a good idea.
I believe that the update in question does something to the wireless receiver for the mouse and keyboard that keeps it from interfering with activating the screen saver. I will check out drivers for the mouse.
